I hereby humbly present the Subvein Notifier. This little tool will sit in your tray and fetch the current player count on all registered servers in Subvein. You can set the update interval, the desired player amount and also set if to monitor the whole player count or the per server player count. Once you start tracking, the notifier will silently monitor the servers. When your requirements are met, it will notify you in a sexy and stylish way (TrayTips) so you can start playing right away.
